Thank you 🙏 all for coming to our birthday 🎂 party 🎉 today. We had a great time and were happy to get unexpected presents 🎁. This was a hard and crazy journey through this year and we managed to survive only thanks to our friends and fans.

Yesterday our #lvlupmuseum first time officially participated in the museum night. Usually this event is held each year in May, but due to the outbreak this year’s #muuseumiöö was held on 29th of August. On this date almost all of the museums around Estonia are open for longer hours and mostly have free entrance.

Our museum is two years old, so last year we were unprepared to take part in this giant event, although people came anyway. Not many, but around twenty. So this time we were convinced to get into the official list, because, well, people will come anyway.

But none of us understood the scale of this event. Even without any additional advertisement or news, yesterday we had more than 500 visitors in one day. Just for scale - we get average of 450 per month. So that was a very hard evening for our team. In the beginning of the day we had one worker and a volunteer, and at the evening already five workers. We are very happy that we have such a great team, that people came to save the situation on Saturday evening. At the same time we pray that all of the people, that came to our space had a good time.

This is the first time in our practice when our expectations were drastically lower than reality and we are very glad that there is such an event in Estonia. Most of the people came to our museum first time and majority of public didn’t even know about our existence.

Now we will be more careful with the next years event ;)

Today, for the first time in our museum, we had a real video game tournament organized by Yo Mana team. We provided space and support. The room became crowded very fast and there was a real, heated fight between contestants of many ages.
